Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is by 10:30 (or 11:00 at the Efteling Hotel). However, your theme park admission is valid from the moment the park opens on your arrival day until closing time on your departure day! You can drop your luggage at the resort reception early in the morning and head straight into the park.

Yes! All guests staying at the Efteling Grand Hotel, Efteling Wonder Hotel, Holiday Village Bosrijk, or Holiday Village Loonsche Land enjoy early access to selected park realms 30 minutes prior to regular day visitors (usually at 09:30).

A lavish fairytale breakfast buffet is included in all hotel room bookings at Efteling Hotel and Efteling Grand Hotel. For holiday homes in Bosrijk and Loonsche Land, breakfast can be enjoyed in the central restaurant or ordered as a freshly baked bread delivery to your front door.

Selected designated Woodland Cottages in Holiday Village Bosrijk and Holiday Village Loonsche Land allow a maximum of two dogs per accommodation for an additional cleaning surcharge. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public resort areas.

Yes! Secure luggage lockers of various sizes can be rented near the House of the Five Senses main entrance using contactless payment. Nostalgic wooden pull-carts and lightweight strollers can also be hired for €5 per day (subject to availability).

Efteling is largely a smoke-free park to ensure clean air for children and families. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in queues, indoor spaces, dining terraces, and the Fairytale Forest. Smoking is only permitted in clearly designated smoking zones located away from main footpaths.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own sandwiches, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. There are numerous scenic picnic spots with wooden benches throughout the park and around the Aquanura lake. Glass bottles and alcoholic beverages brought from outside are not permitted.

If you lose an item during your day, report it immediately to the Guest Service Desk at the main entrance or via our online Lost & Found form. All found items are cataloged daily into the iLost system and can be shipped to your home address worldwide.

The Facility Pass is designed for visitors who have a physical or mental disability that prevents them from waiting in regular queue lines. The pass holder and up to three companions can enter attractions via the dedicated wheelchair or accessible entrance. You can request the pass online or at Guest Services by presenting a medical declaration or disability card.

Yes, manual wheelchairs are available free of charge at the main entrance wardrobe. Because quantities are limited, we strongly recommend reserving your wheelchair online several days in advance. A €20 refundable deposit or valid ID is required.

Certified guide and assistance dogs wearing official vests are welcome throughout the park grounds, shops, and restaurants. For safety reasons, dogs cannot board mechanical rides or roller coasters; a companion must remain with the dog at the attraction exit.
